MFDA Hearing Panel confirms hearing dates in the matter of Andrew Kazina

September 28, 2022 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Andrew Kazina (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated June 4, 2020 (“Notice of Hearing”).

An appearance in this proceeding was held today by videoconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Prairie Regional Council.

As previously announced, the hearing of this matter on its merits will proceed electronically by videoconference, as well as in the hearing room at the Manitoba Securities Commission, before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Prairie Regional Council on November 14-18, 2022 and November 21-25, 2022, commencing 10:00 a.m. (Central) each day, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be held. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
