Toronto (Ontario), May 20, 2026 – Following a settlement hearing between Enforcement Staff and PFSL Investments Canada Ltd. (PFSL) held on March 26, 2026 pursuant to the Mutual Fund Dealer Rules, a hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) issued its reasons for decision on April 20, 2026.

In accordance with the settlement agreement, the panel confirmed the fine of $250,000 and costs of $15,000 imposed on PFSL.
PFSL has been a Mutual Fund Dealer Member in all provinces and territories in Canada since January 2002.
