The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization have approved a change of control whereby, National Bank Acquisition Holding Inc, the holding company of National Bank Financial Inc. has indirectly acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of PGM Global Holdings Inc., the holding company of PGM Global Inc.
The effective date of this transaction was July 23, 2025.
