Investor Alert: Lendori Finance falsely claiming CIRO registration

Be an informed investor - Protect yourself against fraudulent schemes

April 27, 2026 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) is warning investors about Lendori Finance, a fraudulent investment platform operating through the domain [https://lendori[.]finance/] that falsely claims to be regulated by CIRO on its website.

Investors should be aware that Lendori Finance is not registered with CIRO and should avoid dealing with this platform.

To Protect Yourself Against Fraud:

• Only deal with appropriately registered firms.
• Report suspicious activities where unregistered entities either claim to be regulated by CIRO or work for CIRO to CIRO immediately.
• Avoid sharing personal or financial information without confirming the legitimacy of the request.
