The Ontario District Council of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada has approved the change of control of Integral Wealth Management Inc. (Integral) whereby Feolan Financial Inc. will indirectly acquire a 52.6% ownership interest in Integral.  

The effective date of this transaction is October 29, 2020.
