Website Consolidation: Phase 2 Update
This bulletin is to provide you with an update on our website consolidation project.
The Member sections of the legacy MFDA and IIROC and the Markets section found on the IIROC website have now been migrated to ciro.ca as planned.
To provide a better user experience, member-related content from the legacy websites have been organized into two sections, For Firms and For Registered Individuals.
The For Firms section covers important resources that firms can access, including the process of applying for membership with CIRO. Current Members will also find details required for their membership as well as the forms and templates required by firms. This section also features information about mutual fund dealers who are registered in Québec. Lastly, this section highlights resources for topical issues such as Cybersecurity and Technology.
The For Registered Individuals section is a valuable resource for individuals seeking registration, offering key information such as how to become a Registered Individual at an Investment Dealer. Proficiency materials are also provided to aid in achieving the required qualifications. Continuing education materials are also featured in this section to support ongoing learning and skill development. There is also a Webcast Catalogue available for Approved Persons to obtain CE credits towards their Continuing Education requirements.
The Markets section content has been mirrored from iiroc.ca and it can be found from the Main Navigation under the Markets tab or by using the following link: Markets
Ordering Brochures
For Member Dealers who need to order CIRO brochures, the old system OrderNet has been replaced by DCMFLEX. Instructions on how to use DCMFLEX can be found on CIRO Official Brochures page under the Newsroom section.

Members must replace any reference to MFDA or IIROC to CIRO by December 31, 2024. If you need the digital image of the “Regulated by CIRO” please contact [email protected]. If you require decals please contact [email protected].
