Under sections 3255 and 3260 of the IIROC Rules, Dealer Members must provide futures and options clients with the current risk disclosure statement or other similar document, approved by IIROC before accepting an initial futures or options order from the client. The standard text of this statement, approved by IIROC, is attached as Appendix A.
