Calgary (Alberta), March 26, 2024 – A hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) has issued a decision on costs in the matter of Michael Bock following its Decision on Sanctions, issued on February 7, 2024, available at Re Bock 2024 CIRO 22.

Based on the parties’ joint cost submissions, the hearing panel ordered Michael Bock to pay $3,000.00 in costs, in addition to other penalties imposed in its Decision on Sanctions.
