CIRO to Hold a Settlement Hearing for Lifan Song

Winnipeg (Manitoba), December 13, 2023 – The Hearing on the Merits previously scheduled for February 6-7, 2024 has been converted to a Settlement Hearing scheduled for February 6, 2024, before a hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) under the Mutual Fund Dealer Rules to consider whether to accept a settlement agreement entered into between Enforcement Staff and Lifan Song.

The hearing is not open to the public, but will become open in the event that the panel accepts the agreement. If the agreement is accepted, the panel’s decision and the settlement agreement will be made available at www.ciro.ca.

Hearing Date: February 6, 2024 at 11:00 am (Central Time)

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (via videoconference)
