Toronto (Ontario), September 18, 2024 – Following an application hearing in writing pursuant to the Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated Rules held on August 7, 2024, a hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) terminated the rights and privileges of membership of Gravitas Securities Inc. (Gravitas).

Gravitas’ membership in CIRO was previously suspended by a protective order made on June 8, 2023. Gravitas consented to the order terminating its membership in CIRO.
